Cannot connect it #2

I have always got: 'Failed user authorization. Check your ID and password'

Using Windows 10 x64

I'm using the credentials that i use in:

sshot-1

That is, an email and a password.

What is the problem?

it is solved. It was the aquarea service cloud. Sorry...
