Add a closed loop turnon procedure setting the pol_mode. Before merging, something needs to be checked: before my changes, the open loop pol mode was manually set to 5; I tried to use the constants defined in striptease.utilities, and I noticed that OPEN_LOOP_MODE is equal to 1. Which is the correct value?
