Will this library be published on Hackage? #2

It would be nice to get this package onto hackage so people have have a lightweight way of learning reflex.

I have some local changes to get this to compile with ghc-8.6.5 that I can push. Also got that snake game to compile and run.

Also happy to take maintainership of the project if there aren't any plans to publish this.

I have not specifically planned to publish this to hackage, but iirc the main reason it is not already is just that the reflex hackage version was somewhat outdated. This seems to be resolved now, so I see no reason not to put it on hackage.

One question though: Have you checked the upstream changes? Brick has a gotten a few more changes, and some of the new functionality might be useful to have in bricki-reflex. But that should not block a hackage release either. I'll have a look at this too.
