Push to hackage? #8

Is there a reason why exference is not pushed to hackage?

It seems to be a quite stable piece of software.

Good point. I think I just never bothered to clean up the .cabal file sufficiently (and I usually try to be PVP-compliant). I have started to to so, but making sure that the bounds work will take a moment.
