Correcly handle the beam start position along the z axis #18

Right now, the light beam starts at the L1 interface, when in reality it will start at 1.2 meters from L1. The code should handle that distance properly so that the beam angles are meaningful.

The solution is all about understanding how batoid handles this.

The hack was to add a fake baffle in the geometry.
