Email seems to be working as expected, but there is a desire to send contact form submissions to different email addresses. This is possible, but requires a dev change to the Craft CMS config code and will be picked up in a future sprint.
Different contact form subject line selections go to different channels (email, Jira, etc.) - this current organization of channels is out of date and need to be updated. Particularly what's going on and why some create Jira tickets and others don't.
