User story

As a PI using the citSci pipeline, I would like the ability to designate my existing Zooniverse project as a Rubin template project via running a notebook cell so that it matches Rubin branding and standards.

Definition of done

I have worked with Toyosi to get the "copy-project" functionality working in the 01 citSci notebook.
