User story

As a PI using the citizen science pipeline, I would like to have the ability to create a new Zooniverse project from a Rubin-themed template project programmatically so my Zooniverse project can have uniform Rubin branding.

Definition of done

I have added the cell to copy a project from a template project to the 01 notebook.
