Some pedagogy edits, although flake8 cell is not running correctly throughout

The terms "Table access protocol (TAP)" and "TAP table" are somewhat redundant. "TAP queries" and "TAP" would probably suffice, but my perspective is that of a software developer and scientists may refer to these services this way so I defer to you and your team.

No I think you're right. I'll go through and change TAP table.
