User story

As a PI using the citSci PyPI package, I would like to be reminded of which project I making changes to, when I already have a project selected while attempting to copy a new project, etc. such that I do not incidentally send data to the wrong project.

Definition of done

I have added "guard rails" logging to the PyPI package methods.
