Add function for listing workflows given a project ID and returning the workflow ID of the selected workflow #49

User story

As a PI using the citSci notebooks, I would like for the ability to call a function and see all my Zooniverse project workflows, select a workflow, and have that workflow ID stored in memory for later usage in retrieving classification aggregations.

Definition of done

I have added a function for listing all workflows associated to a project and returning a workflow ID based on selection.
