Upgrade Craft to `v4.10.2` #253

User story

As the devops engineer of the EDC, I need for Craft to be on the most recent version of v4.x so that I can troubleshoot issues as they arise knowing that any known bugs have been patched by Pixel and tonic.

Definition of done

I have upgraded Craft to v4.10.2
