Set up the Next.js route structure for the rubinobs gallery pages:

/gallery - hard coded route used to designate gallery section
- /[gallery] - dynamic parameter using the slug of a gallery to look up it's entry
- /[image] - dynamic parameter using the ID of an image to look it up from it's parent gallery
