New batch for easy-to-interpret, fast-ish running, science-focused metrics
Removed basemap dependency
Added maskVal kwarg to BaseMetric so summary stats are easy to run with UserPointSlicer
Update healpixsky plotter so it can bin up and plot metric values from UserPointSlicer (handy if you have 1,000's of points)

The maskVal and lambert stuff are nice. I would much prefer to see the batches split up a bit further and that the ones which are already created for some of these purposes be used (or modified if necessary).
