Well, looks like I forgot to PR this one. Here is a TDC metric that runs. There are some additional scripts to pull out the summary parameters that the TDC group want (overall number of lenses). I haven't quite figured out how to embed these into MAF directly yet (it's in the bin.src/evalTDC_tmp.py script), but will send in this PR first and figure that out later.
