The ability to query Rubin services for source catalogs at a specific RA, Dec pointing, at a specific time and in a specific filter, along with a list of other data in different filters, from user code running outside the Rubin Science Platform on a local server should be demonstrated. Pending decisions on whether hosting this project in a different cloud environment other tan RSP make sense, then the ability to query Rubin catalog services from a deployment in another cloud service may be required.
