Endpoint for batching of uploading #2

Aim is to have this ready end Nov 2021.

Batching of uploading (so system keeps track of what has been processed, and requests and/or makes visible the need for new data)

As reported by ChrisL at WP3.12 WP-PM mtg on 19/JAN/22:
Terminology has changed. This refers to

  1. Subject Set Import API, and
  2. Subject Set Completion metric tracking

as listed in the January 22 update on the WP3.12 wiki page.

These have been completed and hence ticket can be closed.
