• @EleanorOK initially received initially ~10 responses from Board members following the 16/JAN/24 Board meeting and subequent reminder
• will issue call again.

07/MAR/24

• from the Board now have 11 responses to the Comms survey.
• have also emailed lusc-announce to try and get more responses to the survey
• also mentioned the survey in the February newsletter

• Now have 16 responses, probably have enough so will now look at next steps.
• Will send a further survey to those respondents and will contact institutions.

• have created the further survey/webform to identify areas of interest and whether to have short 1 hr seminars or longer blocks.
• waiting for feedback from Catherine (UoE) before sending out to the 16 previous respondees

• webform sent out w/ deadline 19/JUN/24 to 22 people
• expecting training will be modular so canvassed for particular interests
• may split into general/basics module plus more specific modules on other topics
• also asked how people like to learn eg. online, newsletter, ..
• some replies received
