We've identified some places where the pipeline can be modified to suit our goals, and last week I submitted a pull request to the GitHub which has now been accepted. The next step is modifying how the pipeline conducts analysis of the density maps and accounts for systematics in Fourier space.

modifications in TxPipe enables required analysis
outstanding issue is outputs are different from external scripts so investigating further

identified cause of differences compared to external scripts. These were bugs. Results now match
Have now created the PR (see #1 for the link) but it is not yet submitted
once PR reviewed, code should be merged into new TXPipe branch
