D3.7.4 Full operations; annual data releases #44

(D3.7.4, Mar 2027) Full operations; annual data releases (18m; Oct25-Mar27). Full reduction and flux-calibrated data products released to the LSST community on a yearly schedule. The data will be reduced following the 4MOST/ESO procedures to ensure a consistent final data product. This will enable science exploitation beyond TiDES/4SLSLS.

Note: activities in this ticket (and #43) correspond to O-3 from the updated IKC workplan for Apr'24 to Mar'27 (see #58):

O3. Coordination of TiDES and 4SLSLS data releases: we will create a documented platform for the TiDES/4SLSS data releases with metadata, classifications, and redshifts for all transients and static sources observed by TiDES/4SLSLS.
