Provisionally considering this fixed, but need to keep an eye on it. There is now a power automate flow the only function of which is to forward email without silently dropping the messages that we are actually interested in, which is what happens if you try to use "normal" o365 forwarding.
lasair@lsst.ac.uk email account is not forwarding non-delivery reports to lasair-help as it was intended to. A ticket is open with IS for them to suggest a solution.
