CHANGES

Use the current git branch as the version instead of setting in settings.yaml
Use the local SQL schema when creating the database instead of looking up from github
Merge the deploy and util versions of check schema (fixes #36)

Soon there will be another table called mma_area_hits to support gravitational waves. Could you add it in to your list now? Then I am happy to merge.
