mma_areas needs to be created by webserver
mma_area_hits needs to be created on the filter node
removed very annoying WARNING message from ingest

Please don't disable the annoying warning message in ingest. There is a proper fix in another branch (refactor/system-tests). If you can't wait then please copy the fix from there.
