the Adler 1.0 release will comprise an open-source python package
(Adler analysis tools) designed and built for use on the Rubin Science Platform (RSP)
using the prompt processing databases. The lessons learned from developing this
initially for the RSP will enable a more robust design for the Adler+Lasair
interface/interactions, the implementation of which will now be included in the later
deliverable D3.6.2.
A further benefit of this modified approach is that it allows the Adler 1.0 release to
accommodate the existence of Data Preview 0.3 that according to RTN-011 “supports
the Solar System Science Collaboration by hosting their simulated 1-year and 10-year
Prompt Products Database) (PPDB) catalog to enable moving object analysis
development in RSP at the US DAC.”
The inkind recipient group, the Solar Systems Science Collaboration, have been
informed of these changes.
