Update WP3.5 six month plan for April'21 to Sept'21

Update next 6 month plan in light of progress to March'21.

• [x] Identify any WP 3.5 task/ milestone/ deliverable dependencies with other LSST:UK WP tasks.

  • are any changes needed?

• [x] create tickets for latest 6 month objectives if necessary

  • Shift any outstanding tickets from previous plan if appropriate
  • Close previous 6 month plan Epic kanban
    • close tickets, remove duplicates as necessary

  • Is effort still a concern after updating stretch?

Six month plan discussed at 12/MAR/21 planning process meeting. This resulted in a number of actions that are recorded in the meeting minutes. Only two items (Risks and SRD) from the above checklist remain to be discussed. These are recorded as actions in the meeting minutes and will be discussed at the next planning process meeting on 26/MAR/21.
