• As part of Gen3, there has been a major update to uncertainty calculations so this will not be tackled until the gen 3 run (#39) is finished.

• a set of photometric redshifts for different catalogs have been produced
• these are consistent with the previous catalogs (eg Rebecca Bowler's)

• summer student has produced the photometric redshifts identical to those produced by the sextractor catalogs
• this validates the basic photometry pipeline
• the photometric redshifts are available at https://github.com/raphaelshirley/photo_z_summer
• currently this is a private fork, a public version will be made available shortly in main lsst-uk organisation repo space at https://github.com/lsst-uk/lsst-ir-fusion/tree/master/dmu6
