all documentation and configurations in place but waiting for Skymaps from LSST in order to complete this task.
Availability of the Skymaps will mean a trivial addition to the documentation and configuration. This will not require much effort to complete.
no word from @dsloanm-epcc yet on testing if the existing documentation is sufficient to conduct a run

@dsloanm-epcc has been working through the documentation, this identified some issues with scripts that have since been resolved. DSM continuing to work through remainder of documentation.

this is complete
@dsloanm-epcc has successfully used the documentation to conduct a run. Some updates were made following feedback from this.

Dominic is now looking at general optimisation but that is separate from this task.
