D3.6.1 Report/documentation on impact of observational effects and their spatial variability on photo-z, based on simulations

• the work undertaken thus far in #16 has been written up and shared with recipient group for feedback

• while awaiting recipient feedback have added conclusions to the report
• Getting feedback from recipient group members is proving difficult. The telcons are fortnightly but WP3.6 matters keep falling off the agenda. Will discuss this with RG lead and look at using the Slack channel more.

• no feedback yet from WG on the report/documentation. WG have so far have only given feedback on the technical work
• DESC have not asked for a particular document template to be used.
