• CR moved due date from 31/DEC/23 (PM54) to 31/MAR/24 (PM57) and changed title and scope from "Pipeline with documentation for propagation of observational effects incl. blends into photo-z and photo-z distributions"

• discussed with DESC staff.
• Population tool for DESC galaxies is simplistic and concerned at magnitude limit
• there is now a new simulation Roman-Rubin so have now decided want to switch to this
• using this will make the paper more robust
• This will mean a further 2 weeks so likely deliverable will be submitted for LSST:UK internal review by end April.

• the DESC internal reviewers have two weeks to review and provide feedback
• subsequent timescales will depend on the extent of their comments.
• after the DESC internal review, paper then goes to the Collaboration wide review
  • then a further DESC wide telcon
• the paper is then loaded onto ArXIV and submitted to a journal
• agreed that the DESC internal reviewers should be listed as the LSST:UK internal reviewers
• agreed that the version approved by the DESC internal reviewers will form the final version of the LSST:UK D3.6.2 deliverable and be made available at least to LSST:UK project team.
