• Create simulation dataset (through a combination of DC2 and bespoke GLASS runs) to study potential of using DESI quasars for clustering redshift calibration.

• created test sample for quasars for the DESI-LSST overlap
• next steps to get generate LSST catalog from GLASS so as to run cross-correlation redshifts for quasars and metrics sample
• to do this need to first measure galaxy bias for LSS DC2 sample

• the Apr'23 to Jun'23 quarterly plan has the following task

Complete a new large-volume simulation with mock DESI quasar samples and LSST high-redshift galaxy samples, with sample properties extracted from DC2 and statistically ported to the new simulation. With this simulation we can then assess clustering redshift performance for high-redshift LSST samples (WP2).
