as agreed at the WP3.7 meeting on 07/OCT/21, the Primary Recipient (Secondary) are Rubin Algorithm and Pipeline Teams (Galaxies SC – LSB).

Primary point of contact is Yusra Alsayyad, the secondary is Sugata. The WP3.7 team are in regular contact with Yusra and hence the item "Initial Contact with Recipient" from the Contribution Lead checklist in Appendix B of ls.st/RDO-41 is done.
