I made changes based on discussions with @rhiannonlynne to only compute the summary values.
I made a fork of Boris' form of rubin_sim
I have not ended up using the nested linear multiband model from @ixkael as I don't want to combine the maps linearly before running computing the dz summary values, I want these per band and only combine after the fact.
Still a little bit fuzzy about whether I am calling/using the exgalm5 correctly to produce the rms of the maps.
