Updated Microlensing Metric.ipynb #21

Added instructions for how to run the Npts and Fisher settings of the MicrolensingMetric (which are for microlensing characterization).

Also added how to create the microlensingFOM which is intended to compare between various OpSims and how to make the comparison plots between detect, Npts, and Fisher which will be useful for the TVS microlensing subgroup.
