How to run and interpret the LVDwarfsMetrics #22

This PR adds a notebook showing how to run the LVDwarfsMetrics recently pushed to rubin_sim via this PR. Once the metric code has been merged to rubin_sim, this notebook will need minor updates to import LVDwarfsMetrics directly from rubin_sim rather than a local repository.
