implement mouseover tooltip #16

This PR fixes #12

@yymao In #12 I was suggesting that we actually not have mouse-over tooltips and instead had "on-click" tooltips. I think that the mouse-over tooltips add significant clutter to the graphic. Is it possible to do on-click instead?
