As a player, I can see a display of the current total number of simulated workers in the game.

Definition of Done

A text field exists on the page with the title of "Worker Population".
Next to the text field title is a number.
The number is updated to reflect the current number of simulated workers that are supported by the current game state.
This number is currently slowly fluctuating up and down randomly, starting at 100.
