Allow people to carry something to drink

We don't have any personal containers, but we can fake it. Change how people behave on drinks:

check if you have anything to drink with you
- if you do, drink it
if you don't, find a place that has something to drink, fill yourself up and fill your inventory.

This should fix nicely a problem with people going for drink every couple of hours.
