Make the site more responsive #1

The docker branch has pretty good responsiveness for the portfolio page now. May need some slight tweaking. On my phone it needs to be zoomed out a bit - it doesn't "snap" to the view width.

The modal view for phones/tablets needs work, too. Should add a "swipe" mechanic to move between pictures, and the arrows should be removed.
