added a few questionnaires #63

I tried to add a few questionnaires. Also I would recommend a way to categorize the questionnaires (extended the folder structure). For now everything is in german. A translation tool would be nice. I will open an issue for this.
I hope the pull request is a useful. It may contain a few errors. I think there is a lot to Improve but I also wanted to give a preview on what I would like to commit.

That's pretty awesome, thank you very much! :-) For the moment, I'm moving the questionnaires to the existing folder structure and adding the remaining files s.t. the questionnaires can be used in the next version. But you are right that there should be some long-term solution when dealing with more questionnaires.

I have added some more questions and make the question format more consistent. I will release a new app and F-Droid version once there is an english translation. @aberlin are you interested in translating the existing files of your questionnaires? I can do it myself earliest next Friday.

I would like to add some translation service first because of these reasons:

  1. English is still far from native for me
  2. Currently I would do the translation with an simple text editor which is kind of messy
  3. sophisticated tools like dictionary's would allow to maintain a high level of consistensy.
  4. It could provide a low entrance level for contributions
  5. I'm already a little curious about testing this tool's
