Letter Navigator at top of gradebook missing #15

This needs to be put into the grader report.

D'oh!

You know how in the people block we can narrow the results based on first and last name.

I translated the issue to mean some special navigator with letter grades.

No.

The grader report should simply have this at the top:

First name : AllABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Last name : AllABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

I'm going to address this issue and the collaps all one as separate feature branches. I think that will make the most sense, don't you aggree?
