Anonymous adjustments #24

If you adjust anonymous grades and change the value from - to +, the system does not recognize the change unless you also alter the point value of the adjustment.

I think the diff check in process is catching this one. I'll investigate.

Question: How necessary is the dopdown ui for the signed value of an adjustment? Isn't it just as easy, (and probably clearer) to type/see the sign in the textbox?

I ask because I'd have to change parts of the library to support the non-standard UI, instead of removing unique parts from the anonymous screen.

We talked about this offline, and we seemed to feel pretty mutual about the implementation. I'm going to go ahead and cose this.
