View mails sent by other teachers #13

A few of our teachers would like to be able to see the mails sent by other teachers in the course. I didn't find out how to accomplish this. Even when you send a mail from a shared alternate email address it's only visible to you. An earlier version of quickmail had this feature.

Hi, We also have teachers wanting this feature implemented. It was very useful to them previously. thanks
