Scheduled groups are not updated. #51

Hi - Thanks for a great plugin :-)

We have discovered a bug in Moodle 3.11.

If we schedule an email to a group, and the later update the group members, they are not updated in the mails. Also - is there a 4.0 version in the making :-)
