Fixes for Moodle 4.2 to pass tests. #68

replaced deprecated assertInternalType() functions
renamed test classes
fixed trait submits_compose_message_form
fixed missing iterate object in signature_appender_test.php
using correct table relations in SQL code,
updated SQL to make sure to return INT
asserting strings not integers in configuration_test.php
setting $USER to $userteacher in tests

@opitz there's a new version of master in this repo. you used a fork's master for this, so can close this mr as this can't be merged in it's current state
