can you rebase your repository on original cytoscape.js-cxtmenu?

Hi there,

This repo changed a lot from the base fork, and now it is behind the upstream repository far away. Thus it is not convenient for operations of rebase/synchronize/etc.

Anyway, this extension is compatible with Cytoscape’s latest version (at least for now) so I may tend to maintain the status quo~

Too bad, because there is a missing feature: MenuRadiusFunction.
