Differences in values reported in native app and MiScale exporter #40

I noticed that some of the numbers displayed in MiScale app after scan and upload are different from what I see in the Zepp Life app. For example:

Ideal weight: zepp life: 63kg, mi exporter: 67.2

What's the reason of this big difference?

Hi @flocsy Do you set the exactly same values (Height/Sex/Age) in app like in Zepp life? Body Composition data can be vary from Zepp life because MiScale Exporter use estimated algorithm for that. Exact algorithm used by Xiaomi is not know.

The only thing that changes out of those things is my age, but the app knows my birthday. Though I saw now that fir some reason my height changed from 176 to 170. Strange, as I was 176 for the last 30 years. I'll test it again and report back
