IE png transparent issue by jQueryRotate3.js function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After clicking rotate function
2.problem occurs in IE8 and below versions(not tested in IE 9)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: png image should be transparent instead of this image is 
showing with weird black background as border around the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jquery latest and on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried all the png fixes which are available and possble to implement, 
from google. Tried raphael.js also but that is also failed.

For your reference, I have attached the screenshot of output, comparing in 
different browsers.

Its a known limitation of a DXFilter used to rotate image, if jqueryrotate v.3  
and jqueryrotate v.2 doesnt work for you then i'm afraid there is not much i 
can help here :( You can try to take look at raphael library, but cant 
guarantee success.
