Bump debian package to 2.6.6 #104

Hi,

OpenLDAP 2.6.6 is out. It looks like it only fixes bug and is not security related (https://www.openldap.org/software/release/changes.html).

Hence, the update is not critical, but if you find the time can you trigger the new build?
