review directory structure for new major version of OpenLDAP #59

The new major version of OpenLDAP is an opportunity to discuss the structure of repositories. Three policies are possible:

  1. everything in /usr/local/openldap (as it is today)
  2. spread into official OS directory structure: /usr/bin, /var,... (paying attention to non-LTB openldap files)
  3. spread into /usr/local (/usr/local/bin, /usr/local/etc,...)

Beware to stay coherent between DEB and RPM packages.

Not sure we gains a lot with the 3. strategy, and in the same time it a lot of work

I propose to keep 1. strategy
