Getting errror -1 #875

Trying to get this to connect i am getting error -1

System: Rocky Linux 9 Php: 8.0.30

error: LDAP - Bind error -1 (Can't contact LDAP server)

I can connect and query with the same creds on ldapsearch, i turned debug on and it did not include any more messages other then the -1 in the error log.
